      !OCCUPATION: "Worked as a cook on a trail herd starting at around age 12; he did this for several years, then went in the Army in 1941, and worked as a medical supply clerk; discharged Dec. 31, 1942. He then went to work for an International Tractor Dealer in 1942. In 1943, he worked in a shipyard as a mechanic. Later, he worked as a mechanic for a Studebaker dealer, next he worked as a service manager at a Chevrolet dealer in Hamilton, Montana for 6 years. Then he moved to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and was hired at Knudtsen Chevrolet as a mechanic for about 20 years." --S.L. Aparicio
