    According to the cemetery books in Pittsford New York, Hanford R. Stone (died 1919 age 84) was the husband of Helen M. Kossow (died 1913 age 78).
    They had five sons:
    1. Addison (buried 4/19/1922 age 56),
    2. Franklin R. (buried 2/6/1942 age 68),
    3. William H. (died in 1891 age 30),
    4. George A. "Stub" (buried 5/12/1936 age 66) who early in December 1893 was married to Katherine "Kate" Gueck (buried 4/23/1968 age 95),
    5. as well as Charles P. (died 1884 age 25). He was the 1st husband of Iva A. Stoutenberg (buried 1917 age 54), daughter of Henry W. (died 1928 age 80) and Harriet J. Case Stoutenberg (died 1922 age 81) and sister of Dr. Abram W. Stoutenberg (died 1929 age 58).
    After Charles died, she (Iva) married William Brownell (buried 10/5/1981).

    Stone--Entered into rest, Monday evening, Nov. 10, 1930 at her home, No 142 Mt. Vernon Avenue, Mrs. Mary C. Stone, widow of William Stone. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Charles Bennett and Miss May Stone, one son William Stone, one sister Miss Minnie Holtfoth and two brothers, Fred Holtfoth of Pittsford, N.Y. and John Holtfoth of this city, and two grandchildren. She was a member of the Ladies' Aid Society of the Church of Peace. Funeral Thursday afternoon at 3:30 from the Church of Peace at Caroline and Mt. Vernon Ave. Interment at Pittsford Cemetery.

    Mrs. Hanford Stone.
    Pittsford. April 30.--Mrs. Helen M. Turner Stone, wife of Hanford Stone died last night at the family home, one mile south of this village. She had been an invalid for 24 years and the cause of death was Bright’s disease. Her birthplace was in the town of Murray, near Albion and her parents were the late Gilbert and Gertrude Turner. They moved to Allen’s Creek when she was a child and she lived there until her marriage in June 1858. Since then she has resided in Pittsford with the exception of a few years in the town of Perinton. Besides her husband, she leaves four children, Addison, George and Frank Stone and Mrs. Sterling Barnard, all of Pittsford; seven grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Antoinette Slocum of Fairport.
    Helen is buried in Pittsford Cemetery, plot 215.
