Writes of two individuals, Thomas and Amos Whipple, living next door to each other in the 1870 and 1880 censuses (and nearby in the 1870). Norma thinks that they could likely be brothers. Since both have sons named Charles, it is possible that their father (the individual in this record) might be named Charles.
