WhippleBy Special Correspondent ROCKVILLE, Ind., June 9. --Mrs. Francis R. Whipple has received word of the death of her brother-in-law, Louis H. Whipple of Duluth, Minn. Mr. Whipple, who was a business man of that city, was about 55 years old. He was the last surviving child of the late Francis R.
